About me and my experience
I am a qualified architectural technologist and I have a bachelor’s degree with honours.
Having worked in the industry for 10 years for both a structural engineering firm and an architectural firm, I design all domestic works, including small to large extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions, construction of outbuildings and designing new houses, to name some. For these works I produce drawings and submit to local authorities to obtain planning permissions.
I have experience working with local authorities, so I understand what is needed to have planning permission granted and I advise my clients on the best ways to achieve this.
I offer a one-on-one service and work with clients closely to achieve their vision. I also provide structural drawings and building control approval with an in-house structural engineer. This means clients can use me as a one-stop shop instead of having to shop around for a structural engineer separately.
