I create drawings showing existing and proposed floor plans and elevations to meet clients requirements. I then handle the submission to local authorities for necessary planning approval.
In addition, I provide structural drawings and building control approval services, thanks to an in-house structural engineer. This offers a convenient one-stop solution for clients, eliminating the need for them to independently search for a qualified structural engineer.
